All of those things on their own aren't necessarily bad things but in combination the blood thinning effect of the aspirin regimen with the increased heart rates associated with caffeine and ephedra causes damage to many people. ![]() I have had preworkout later and slept find so I dont know yet.Ĭaffeine isn't the issue it's the combination of ephedra (which is a controlled substance by the federal government), caffeine, and the aspirin. at 1 pm took second dose and noticed a slight raise in alertness and resting heart rate raised 8bpm after a hour, went to the gym and had a great workout (10 mins of cardio with bpm at 163 and 45 mins of weight lifting), last dose was at 5:30 pm and i am worried that i might have trouble sleeping.
